We look in the mirror, try out on a new pair of pants, or step on the weighing machine, and are not satisfied with what we come across or maybe feel. It's possible that we are working after a bus, walking the dog, or playing with the kids or even grandkids and realize we are quickly worn out in which once we would not have provided it a second thought.
We're officially "overweight", and something needs to be done!
The response is automatic, as well as an entire market has grown up which feeds on this thought:
"I should lose weight!"
weight loss and "Weight loss are not the same thing. You must figure out how to distinguish between the two. The scale can be quite misleading if it is the only standards you use for measurement." --Tom Venuto, "java burn for sale; https://www.peninsulaclarion.com/blog/java-burn-reviews-urgent-2022-report, the Fat Feed the Muscle"
Nevertheless, the trouble isn't just that "weight loss" and "fat loss" are not necessarily the same. The fundamental problem, at least for me, is the fact that people who don't understand a lot about how the entire body, physical exercise, and nutrients work, and also the interactions between & among them, tend to think that since the problem is "weight" the answer is "less weight".
This often leads a person down two trails, often at exactly the same time, if you can imagine that.
The initial will be the easiest path.
